Faith here. Local ‘shrooms are all over the place so now’s the time to make a simple creamy pan sauce for pasta with lots of grated cheese. How easy is it? Chop up a collection of your favorite mushrooms and sauté them in some butter until they get crispy. Add a glug of half and half cream to the pan and simmer it a bit, stirring. Stir in tons of freshly grated Parmesan and add your cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss it well and serve. It’s that easy.
