Satisfying and earthy recipes is how Ina Garten describes Sarah Leah Chase’s New England Open House Cookbook. We think it’s darned good, especially recipes we’ve tagged for Thanksgiving or any time you’re having friends over, including Whipped Feta Cheese Dip, Thanksgiving Ceviche, Roasted Acorn Squash with Blue Cheese and Sage, and Bay Scallops, now in season…

I am a foodie and enjoy your show.

Rosemary, that means the world to me and the gang on the show. I’m concentrating lately on “savoring,” slowing down to close my eyes and really taste a particular bite. I have to say, it makes the whole experience even more pleasurable, and I didn’t think that was possible!
Cheers, Faith

I was looking for the cranberry relish/sauce that you spoke of with horseradish and sour cream, but I don’t see it in your kit. I done find your website user friendly to find recipes. Sorry, that is my only complaint along with you should be on more often, like all day. and you should be able to have a studio audience in New Haven.

Kathy, we agree about navigating recipes and we’re working on building something that makes location more obvious. Apologies for frustrating you; it’s the last thing we want! I’m on social media so often during the day it feels as if we’re on all the time with you. We will be doing some audience shows, by the way, and I hope you’ll join us. Let me dig around for the horseradish-cranberry to see if I can find it for you. Meanwhile, thanks for reaching out and hoping your holiday is a great one. Cheers, Faith
