Ingredients

St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1/2
oz.
elderflower liqueur
Chilled sparkling wine
(We used Cava, but use whatever you like).
Instructions
Combine the liqueurs in a champagne flute. Place a twisted bar spoon in the flute and pour the desired amount of sparkling wine slowly down the spoon.
