dry-roasted peanuts

vodka or blanco tequila
Instructions
Combine the peanuts and vodka in a sealed container and let sit for 2 or 3 hours at room temperature. Pass through a fine-mesh strainer. Store in a glass bottle or a nonreactive container at room temperature for up to 6 months.
