Instructions
Make the pomegranate-maple syrup
  1. Pour the pomegranate juice in a small saucepan and warm it on low until it’s just hot enough to melt the maple syrup. (Do not let it come to a boil). Once the juice is warm enough, add the maple syrup and stir until the maple syrup is melted. Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool.
Make the cocktail
  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker and shake. Pour over ice.
Recipe Notes

The Pomegranate-maple syrup will last covered in the fridge for up to one month. If you’d like it to last up to three months, add a shot of the vodka to the mixture before storing.
