  1. To finely chop the corned beef and potatoes, grind them together in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture has some texture, but make sure it doesn’t turn into baby food.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and mix by hand until everything comes together. Form into patties, and brown on both sides in an oiled frying pan or on a griddle.
