Ingredients
oil
(just a couple of drops)
4
eggs
salt and pepper
tabasco
(a few dashes to taste)
Instructions
Place 1-2 drops of oil in each 6-ounce cup or microwave-safe ramekin.
Crack an egg in each cup.
Season with a pinch of salt, a couple of grinds of black pepper and a dash of Tabasco, if you like Tabasco.
Put in a microwave on high for 1-2 minutes (eggs are done when you can see no more raw whites).
Carefully remove cup from microwave and un-mold eggs onto plate.
