Before mixing, chill the martini glass in the freezer, or put ice water in it while you’re making the drink.
In a cocktail shaker filled to the top with ice cubes, add vodka and 1 tablespoon of olive juice from the jar. (The more you add, the “dirtier” it becomes.)
Shake ferociously, around 50 times. You can hold it with a towel because you want the exterior to look super-frosted. Strain into the chilled martini glass and add three olives. (You can double this recipe to make two drinks.)
