Anatomy of a Delicious and Vaguely Authentic (Weeknight) Ramen Bowl
Noodles: spaghetti hacked with baking soda, as above
Nori: edible dried seaweed (the stuff that’s on the outside of a sushi roll), shredded
Sliced scallions and spinach leaves: a handful of each
Soft- boiled eggs: cooked, peeled, and marinated in a bit of soy sauce, if you have time
Some kind of roasted or braised protein: shredded rotisserie chicken, roasted pork, cubed tofu, or ground meat
