Heat the grill. Take ham out of package and place on a platter.
Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple and discard. Cut away the skin and slice into 6 good sized slices. With a small round cutter, cut the center core out of all six slices and place on the platter with the ham.
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, and bourbon and set aside.
Place the ham slice on the grill with the pineapple slices and grill for 1 minute. Turn and brush on the glaze on the grilled side. Grill for 1 more minute and place on platter. Brush on the rest of the glaze and serve with a tossed salad and good crusty bread.
