Ingredients

aperol

sweet vermouth

rhubarb bitters

strawberry Jell-O
(3 oz.)

Instructions
Combine the gin, aperol, sweet vermouth, and bitters in a bowl and stir.
In a sauce pan boil 8oz water.
When water comes to a boil, add a 3 oz. package of flavored Jell-O and whisk until dissolved.
Turn off heat and add the cocktail mixture and 4 oz. cold water.
Whisk together off the stove.
Cut an orange in half from stem side to bottom and remove the insides.
Pour in your mixture and place orange shells with mixture in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, use a sharp knife to cut the orange “cups” into slices.
