If you can’t find Maggi Seasoning Sauce or need a gluten-free alternative, make a close knockoff using Bragg Liquid Aminos. This is how we made it for the show and it was delicious.
Instructions
- In a butter warmer or similarly small saucepan, bring the liquid aminos and sugar to a boil. When the surface is covered with bubbly action, remove from the heat. Let cool and concentrate for 20 to 25 minutes before using.
- Store in a small bottle or jar. Keep in the cupboard for about 2 weeks or refrigerate for longer.
