Presented with an Iron Chef-esq challenge, Anthony DeSerio created this cocktail on the fly at our studio bar, picking from the bottles he had in front of him. He didn’t just create a passable sipper, he created a totally original cocktail that was downright fabulous (on the first try!).

Anthony would never let an opportunity to use Yellow Chartreuse pass him by. His technique for creating a cocktail on the fly starts with this formula: Spirit, Sugar, Citrus (or Sour). Keep that in mind when improvising at your home bar. Have fun with it!
