Back Home with the Neelys: Comfort Food from Our Southern Kitchen to Yours

back home with the NeelysIf you watch The Food Network, you’ve met the Neelys, who like to encourage and debate each other until the lovin’ comes out of the oven. At the center of their every move and word is a love of good food. We found something to love in their fresh peach salsa with a little jalapeño kick and plenty to contribute when it sits atop a piece of grilled salmon; it’s nice looking and low calorie, and it tastes terrific. We think this salsa can top so many things, including pork chops, chicken breasts, shrimp, or just about any fish fillet. In fact, it would be fantastic on top of salad or couscous if you’re feeding a vegetarian crowd.
