We were cruising through a copy of Bacon magazine (yes, it exists,) and we noticed a sentence next to a peach pie: “Try adding bacon drippings to your pastry crusts.” While we haven’t tried that yet, the idea of a peach pie with bacon fat in the crust sounds sinfully divine.
