Crazy Simple Summer Desserts

Summer eating means less stress, and while we love our bakers for their endless energy and precision, we also adore the carefree approach.

For ice cream sandwiches, buy (or make chocolate chip cookies), and put some semi-soft ice cream in between them before freezing.

Or, hand out Edy’s tangy lime bars on sticks and give every guest a small bowl of shredded coconut to dip it in.

But, remember, you can always top your favorite ice cream with berries, chocolate sauce, nuts, and anything else that makes your heart go pitter patter; it’s summer, and the livin’ is easy. Hang out and relax.
