How to Eat Bacon in Every Bite

From Faith: Before we get to what Chris Prosperi does to eat bacon in every single bite of a sandwich, as in no blanks, I made my three-hour power snacks a little more interesting with bacon. After frying up a half pound of bacon so that I could have a few slices with my Saturday eggs, I tucked the cooked bacon away in an aluminum foil packet in the fridge. When I eat a 3-4 ounce piece of chicken every three hours to rev my energy and metabolism, I wrap the meat with a piece of bacon, reheated quickly in the microwave. What was pure fuel becomes delicious. But the best bacon tip comes from our own Christopher Prosperi.
