After frying up a half pound of bacon so that I could have a few slices with my Saturday eggs, I tucked the cooked bacon away in an aluminum foil packet in the fridge. When I eat a 3-4 ounce piece of chicken every three hours to rev my energy and metabolism, I wrap the meat with a piece of bacon, reheated quickly in the microwave.
