How to Make Crunchy Avocado Slices

avocado_Pixabay

Make crunchy avocado slices the same way any breadcrumb-covered item is made. Place a beaten egg in one bowl, white flour (or gluten-free chestnut flour) in another bowl, and panko bread crumbs in a third bowl. Dip fresh avocado slices in flour, egg, and then the panko. The slices may be fried in an olive oil slicked pan, baked, or grilled until golden and crispy. Add the crispy slices to your tacos, sandwiches, or salads.
