Make crunchy avocado slices the same way any breadcrumb-covered item is made. Place a beaten egg in one bowl, white flour (or gluten-free chestnut flour) in another bowl, and panko bread crumbs in a third bowl. Dip fresh avocado slices in flour, egg, and then the panko.
