New Ice Cream Flavors: Beer or Burned Marshmallow

78461056
Thinkstock

While I usually wander the Village in New York for good gelato, friends tell me a new place, Oddfellows, has opened on Second Avenue, and they’re making great flavors, including beer, burned marshmallow and Thai. Oddfellows Ice Cream Co. also makes an olive oil ice cream, but Mario Battali knocked the socks off the city a decade ago with his version of olive oil gelato, served at his pizza joint, Otto (Still good.)

Oddfellows is run by Holiday and Mohan Kumar at 75 East Fourth Street, NYC.
