Since we last featured Monte’s amazing ham on our show, Monte Matthews has started offering a smaller sized ham; it is 3 to 4 pounds and boneless. Monte just wrote us to say, “Our hams are made without nitrates or nitrites, and they are cured with brown sugar and pure hickory smoke. Our hogs are grass fed and finished and pastured, not penned. We are proud to bear the Pride of New York symbol. All of our hams come with Monte’s original glaze and a tin of cloves.”
