    Great Idea to give ideas on the drive home! I know it’s elementary for some, but in trying out your great sounding recipe, I can’t figure out what “horizontally” means. Other websites show crosswise cuts when describing horizontal, but that doesn’t jibe with the skin down advice. I’m sure it will work out fine. Just wonderin’

      I think of it as cutting the sweet potato “the long way” but if you call it crosswise, I think that’s right, too. When you try it, report back. Thanks, Tom!
