This is Mark Raymond’s spin on a classic Aviation. It features the ever-mysterious Green Chartreuse and Luxardo, which is Maraschino liqueur—made from sour Marasca cherries.

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz. gin
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. Luxardo
- 1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
Servings: cocktail
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a glass.
