Red Wine for Grilled Beef and Lamb

The Livio Felluga vineyard in the Venice region of Italy makes a dazzling Pinot Grigio that is rich, subtle and fabulous with seafood, green pesto and for porch-drinking. Chris Prosperi and Alex Province join me in loving it. This time, Chris discovered Livio Felluga’s delicious red, called Vertigo, an affordable Bordeaux blend, 55 percent merlot and 45 percent cabernet sauvignon grapes. We had it with charred pork tenderloin and loved it. This is a great choice at under $15 for grilled red meats. — FM.
