Faith can’t resist the Talenti Gelato Company’s Belgian Milk Chocolate, described by its makers as “melted by hand and blended slowly.” Who knows what that means? We do know that the flavor, the mouth-feel, is very, very good. (Faith has begun collecting the plastic screw-cap Talenti containers to use for screws, nails and other hardware items. She confesses she has more of these containers than she would like to admit.) The Belgian Milk Chocolate is Kosher, gluten-free, and available now in most major supermarkets.
