The Best Chocolate Sprinkles Anywhere

You probably called them “jimmies” growing up, and asked for them on your favorite ice cream cone. But those commercial-grade sprinkles were loaded with sugar, dye, and very little actual chocolate. Wait until you try these outstanding Vermicelli Chocolate Sprinkles, available online and at specialty stores across our region. They come in dark, milk or white chocolate, and when I say chocolate I mean 100 percent Belgian Callebaut chocolate, the go-to brand for high-end pastry chefs.

Sprinkle these on anything you like — French toast, ice cream, sorbet, cake, whipped cream, a dish of berries, rice pudding — or grab a handful for a quick chocolate hit.

Online at Callebaut.com: https://www.callebaut.com/en-GB/chocolate-cocoa-nuts?category_level_1=70. Scroll down the page until you see the section “Chocolate Decorations.”
