Clos des Lumieres Makes a Boxed Rosé We Love

Clos des Lumieres Box Rose

If you think of boxed wines as cheap, industrially-produced, inferior wine, a rosé from one of our favorite French winemakers, Domaine Le Clos des Lumieres, is going to change your mind. High quality, estate grown boxed wines are readily available in Europe because of their smart packaging: less waste, easier to fill, no heavy glass to contend with, no costs for corks. And think of the benefits to you: it’s compact; easy to take on a boat, beach, or campsite; you get the equivalent of four bottles of wine for $35! And, it’s just a delicious wine.

Instead of heading for the bottles, head for the boxes, wine-drinkers. This is the rosé to keep in the fridge (for weeks!) or take to a party.

When you ask your wine shop to order you a box, tell the staff that the distributor is Winebow.
