Create a Chocolate Strawberry Royale Champagne Cocktail

If you were lucky enough to dance the night away at the 2016 Chocolate-inspired Heart to Heart Champagne Dinner Dance, you sipped this signature cocktail, which Faith said was like eating a chocolate-covered strawberry and then sipping Prosecco. Food Schmooze® cocktail contributor extraordinaire Anthony DeSerio created this drink using Tempus Fugit creme de cacao, the best creme de cacao on the planet. He also taught us an old bartender’s trick to ensure that the sparkling wine doesn’t spill over the champagne glass when you assemble the cocktail at home (use his trick with any champagne cocktail). All you’ll need is a twisty bar spoon. Watch the video to learn the technique, and try it out on Anthony’s recipe for a Chocolate Strawberry Royale. Make room in the kitchen or living room, go ahead and spin your disco ball—most people feel like dancing when they have one.
