One-Pot Comfort: Chili

Want easy party food, whether its a weekend gathering or your Super Bowl shindig? Make a pot of chili, meat chili or vegetarian. It’s the spices and tomatoes, even beer, that make a beautiful sauce for your ingredients. We have Chris Prosperi’s Homemade Vegetable Chili, the kind of chili that feels meaty because of the butternut squash chunks.

And if you want beef chili, just add it to his recipe along with the butternut squash. One-pot comfort food — the way to go, especially when it’s cold outside. Can you make this chili in a slow cooker? You bet you can.
