The countdown to spring is on, and we couldn’t be more excited. On this edition of The Faith Middleton Food Schmooze®, we celebrate spring’s most anticipated meats, ham and lamb, and sip a refreshing Italian red wine. We improvise a glaze for ham using a Chai Spice Liqueur and grassy stalks of asparagus poked through during the conversation (thick or thin, it’s up to you).
Don’t forget. . .there are two more things that make this coming spring spectacular: We’re on a hunt for the very best-tasting local eggs we can find (visit our Facebook page to make your recommendations), and our annual martini competition is mere months away. It’s never too soon to start thinking about martinis. Seasonless!
