This bourbon cocktail from Max Burger won the bronze at the 5th annual Martini Competition.
Ingredients
BRB
- 1.5 ounces bourbon Bulleit
- 1 ounce sour fresh (see recipe below)
- .25 ounce agave nectar
- 1 dash bitters black walnut
- splash soda water
Fresh Sour (large batch)
- 42 ounces lime juice fresh
- 18 ounces lemon juice fresh
- 32 ounces simple syrup
- 5 egg whites

Instructions
- Muddle together 3 basil leaves, 3 raspberries, and agave nectar. Add to cocktail shaker with BRB ingredients, shake and pour into glass.
