4 (Makes enough for 4 quarts of chili, but you can use it in other things as well)

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons ancho chile powder
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon coriander ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder unsweetened
Servings: (Makes enough for 4 quarts of chili, but you can use it in other things as well)
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together. Store in airtight container.

    I am confused. What does 4 servings equate to? If the chili recipe serves 6, should I use 1.5 times the recipe, or does it mean I have enough chili powder for four different batches of chili?

      Hi Rich. We asked Chris and he said it makes enough for four quarts of chili, but you can use it for other things as well. We made a note on the recipe. Hope this helps.
