Key Lime Pie Cocktail

Just back from Key West, and I’m so crazy for Key Lime pie, I decided to make a drinkable “cocktail” version of it. Matt learned how to make Morir Soñando while studying abroad in the Dominican Republic— basically an icy milk and lime juice beverage, so I knew it could be done!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 3 shots milk
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice (real Key Limes, if you can get them but regular Peruvian work just fine)
  • 1 shot vodka
  • ice
  • zest from one lime
Servings: person
Instructions
  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add all the ingredients except for the lime zest.
  2. Shake until icy cold and frothy.
  3. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and garnish with lime zest.

    Looks great, but I would use vanilla vodka. Yum.
