Got a kick out of the use of Chatreuse green…as a young woman I worked in a lab where at 4:00 PM on Friday, the lab closed and we used a 24 hour urine jug, a bottle of chatreuse green and a filled the rest up with pineapple juice. We served in urine cups and the drink looked very much like the substance usually found in the 24 hour container, but tasted so yummy!

Pat, you did make us laugh when we read this one. Faith here. I eat at a Branford restaurant where lots of Yale lab folks dine, so I’m familiar with sick lab humor. Cheers!
