Truffle fries at Carson’s on Whitfield in Guilford, Ct., come tossed with grated Parmesano Reggiano and parsley. If you’re very nice, they just might send out dipping cups of extra cheese and truffle oil, as they did for me at the bar. And the fries are gluten-free!
