Pasqua Makes One Cool Prosecco for $20

Pasqua_Prosecco

Why is this a new Faith Favorite? Remember the 11 Minutes Italian Rosé that writer Amy Bloom says, “makes you want to take your clothes off?” Now, the same Pasqua Vineyard in Italy has released a delicious champagne-like Prosecco clad in their signature Romeo & Juliet wall graffiti label. The Prosecco is very dry (brut) because of double fermentation, has a fine, intense bubble that Faith says will charm the pants off you. If its festive personality doesn’t, the price will: $20. Show your wine store the label pictured here, or phone ahead to order a bottle. Be sure to say the regional distributor of Pasqua’s Brut Prosecco is Worldwide.

• ON-DEMAND: Listen to Mark Raymond describe this Prosecco and its gorgeous label’s backstory on The Faith Middleton Food Schmooze®. •
