Anthony’s Mother’s Day Bellini

mday_bellini_recipeAnthony decided to give mimosas this brunch off, and instead offers up this classic European spin substituting pear instead of white peach. Moms will love it, and so will everybody else at the gathering.

Moms love chocolate and Prosecco too, so watch Anthony demonstrate another signature cocktail in this video. Use his  bar spoon tip to ensure the sparkling wine in your Mother’s Day Bellini doesn’t spill over the champagne glass.
