Olive Oil and Parmesan Popcorn

Everybody at our popcorn party ate this one. The Italian seasoning combined with the parmesan cheese… so simple, yet so divine. Tangy, cheesy, with just the right amount of salt. Someone would make a fortune packaging this stuff.

Ingredients
  • 8 cups popcorn popped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Pour the popcorn into a large bowl and remove any unpopped kernels. Drizzle the olive oil over the popcorn. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.
