Introducing Santa Carolina Reserva – Cabernet Sauvignon – 2014. Do we ever love finding good new world wines from Chile, and this one’s terrific, dark ruby in the glass, and tasting of blackberry, chocolate, coffee and plum. Great with steak, pizza, roasted chicken, spicy foods, and perfect for a crowd at the table. This cab is picked by hand by the vineyard staff and made the old fashioned way, minus the junk you see showing up in this price category. A true bargain.
