Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar Sugar in The Raw or other raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon orange peel dried
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
Servings: makes about 1/2 cup
Instructions
- In a bowl of a food processor, combine the cocoa powder, salt, raw sugar, chili powder, pepper, orange peel, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pulse them four or five times quickly, until they're well blended. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 2 months.
