Foolproof Paella Method
If you can make rice, you can make paella. Alex Province and Chris Prosperi share their foolproof method. It isn’t a recipe, it’s more of a guide. They will give you one essential formula, though. Everything else is about you throwing in what you love. You don’t even really need a special pan. You’ll get the toasty bits of rice at the bottom either way. And that’s the point of paella, really.
